Each Tompkins Fine Art metal artwork is individually produced after your order is placed.
All artwork is professionally packaged, fully insured during transit, and shipped within the continental United States. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and delivery.
Because each artwork enters production shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.
Because each artwork is custom produced, all sales are final. If your artwork arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please retain all packaging and include photographs of the artwork and packaging when contacting us. We will work with you to replace the artwork at no additional cost.
Upon removing your metal artwork from the shipping crate, hang it immediately or lay it completely flat on a clean, protected surface.
Do not lean the artwork against a wall or other surface. Because of the size and construction of the metal artwork, leaning it for an extended period may cause it to bend or warp.
Never allow the artwork to hang over the edge of a table, counter, or other surface. Always keep the metal artwork completely supported to prevent bending.
